PROJECT EXECUTION & SITE MANAGEMENT

From Site Readiness to Validation — A Structured Pathway to Project Delivery

At Elite Pharma Innovations (EPI), project execution follows a structured engineering pathway designed to ensure that every critical requirement is addressed before the facility moves to the next stage. Our teams coordinate site readiness, project execution, vendor qualification, automation, FAT, SAT, commissioning, qualification, and validation as an integrated process.

01. SITE ASSESSMENT & READINESS

Before execution begins, our engineers evaluate the site for access, storage, material movement, existing infrastructure, electrical capacity, water availability and quality, drainage, compressed air, utilities, process connections, safety provisions, and required civil or structural modifications. This establishes the foundation for smooth project execution.

02. MULTIDISCIPLINARY PROJECT EXECUTION

Once the site and engineering requirements are established, specialist teams execute the approved design across cleanrooms, HVAC & AHUs, pharmaceutical water systems, utilities, electrical works, process equipment, and supporting infrastructure. Dedicated engineers and skilled technicians coordinate activities with OEMs and project stakeholders to maintain quality and timelines.

03. VENDOR QUALIFICATION & INSPECTION

Critical equipment and system vendors are evaluated against defined technical, quality, performance, and documentation requirements. Our team supports vendor qualification, manufacturing-stage inspections, technical document review, quality checks, and factory assessments to ensure equipment meets the approved specifications before dispatch.

04. AUTOMATION, SCADA & CONTROL SYSTEMS

Automation requirements are defined in parallel with equipment and process development. Our in-house programming team works on PLC, SCADA, monitoring, data acquisition, alarms, user access, audit trails, and system integration, with consideration for applicable 21 CFR Part 11 and data-integrity requirements.

05. FAT — FACTORY ACCEPTANCE TEST

Before equipment leaves the manufacturing facility, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) is conducted against approved specifications and acceptance criteria. Clients can participate in the assessment to verify functionality, workmanship, controls, documentation, safety features, and performance before dispatch.

06. INSTALLATION & SAT — SITE ACCEPTANCE TEST

Following delivery and installation, systems are inspected and tested under actual site conditions through Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). This verifies equipment functionality, utility connections, controls, interfaces, alarms, safety systems, and operational performance.

07. COMMISSIONING, QUALIFICATION & VALIDATION

After successful installation and SAT, EPI coordinates commissioning and qualification activities, supported by appropriate documentation and protocols, including DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ, as applicable to the project. Testing and verification establish that systems are installed correctly, operate as intended, and perform consistently against defined requirements.

08. DOCUMENTATION & HANDOVER

The final stage brings together the complete technical and validation package, including test records, qualification documentation, drawings, manuals, certificates, reports, SOPs, and applicable project records. The facility is then prepared for validated operation and regulatory readiness.

THE EPI PROJECT PATHWAY

Site Assessment → Project Execution → Vendor Qualification → Automation & SCADA → FAT → Installation → SAT → Commissioning → Qualification → Validation → Documentation & Handover

One integrated process. From the first site assessment to a validated, production-ready facility.
